Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago.l were conducted Yoga classes for students as a part of our BEd curriculum.I were conducted Yoga classes at VlllD.Two asanas were taught to them. They  are:
1.Vrikshasana
2 .Trikonasana
Each steps and position of two asanas were presented  and help them to practice.
VRIKSHASANA

Vrikshasana or the tree pose is a common standing Yoga asana. It has numerous benefits for the brain, immunity, spine, and stability.

TRIKONASANA
The body forms a triangular shape in this pose, grounding through one foot while extending the arms wide. It engages multiple muscle groups, promoting spine, hips, and leg flexibility. Trikonasana offers benefits beyond the physical, encouraging mental focus and stability.
